Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation term are clearly spelled out in your contract. If there is no specific terms disclosed you have 15 days from the date of the signed contract to receive a refund.

Refund Policy

Account set-up fees are non-refundable and any service work that has begun is also non-refundable otherwise you have 15 days to cancel and receive a full refund. Refund are issued via check and are generally mailed out within 5 days of Cancellation.
